Associa Houston Community Management Services Works to Repair Roofs in Pasadena

Associa Houston Community Management Services has managed this 140-unit community since 2007.

Challenge:

The community needed to replace all building roofs.

Resolution:

The Associa Houston Community Management Services team facilitated the replacement of four roofs each year until every roof was replaced. During this process, the management team kept in close contact with the maintenance vendor and the community’s board of directors to ensure everything was going smoothly. Both the management team and board of directors were very involved in the repairs process, and with this collaborative effort, homeowners were kept happy, and the project was successfully completed.
