Resolution:

Associa Houston Community Management Services presented the community's board of directors with three bids to replace the fencing. The team also directed the board to its governing documents and advised them on how to address the problem as an association. The governing documents made it clear that fencing was not an issue to be handled by the board, but instead by homeowners, relieving the board of the responsibility of replacing fencing.
